Boater Safety Course
This eight-hour course is open to anyone 12 years of age and older. Participants must be present at all four classes to be eligible for certification. The course is mandatory for any boater born after January 1, 1974. Instructor: Jon Fick. Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays, May 9, 11, 16, 18. 6 to 8:30 p.m. $10 per person.
This tennis program is designed for the beginner to intermediate player. Learn or fine-tune the fundamental tennis strokes to include groundstrokes, volleys, serves and overheads. Instructors: The Edge tennis staff. Ages 18 and up, Mondays and Wednesdays, May 2 through 25 from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. $90.
Adult Golf Clinics
Williston Recreation & Parks and Catamount Golf Center are teaming up to offer group golf clinics. Proper grip, stance and swings will be covered. Join one or more as you progress through the skills and become a confidant golfer. Instructor: Bill Boldwin, Golf Director. Ages 18 and up. $140 per session. Beginners: Tuesdays, May 17 to June 14, 6-7:15pm. Advanced Beginners & Intermediates: Wednesdays, May 18- June 15, 6-7:15 p.m.
A Gentler Zumba
Zumba Gold is a less intense exercise with dance routines using modified movements. The program improves balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength while teaching basic dance steps. Program is held at the Federated Church. Instructor: Toni Kunker. Ages 45 and up, Mondays, 12 -1 p.m. and Wednesdays, 1 to 2 p.m. Year-round, and first class is free. Pricing and registration available at the first class.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn and use the vault, bars, balance beam, floor exercise and tumble track. A great program to try out gymnastics. Children will be split into the different age groups. Instructors: Green Mountain Training Center staff. Ages 4-5, 6-7 and 8-12, Saturdays, Apr. 30 to May 21, 10:30-11:30 a.m. $65
GPS Junior Soccer Clinics
Age-appropriate curriculum and expert, professional coaches will create the perfect environment to develop motor and coordination skills. Players will receive a t-shirt. Instructors: Global Premier Soccer staff. Fridays, April 29 to June 10. Ages 3-5: 4:30-5:15 p.m. Ages 6-7: 5:30-6:15 p.m. $70 per child.
Youth Swim Lessons
Lessons introduce swimming techniques and increase safety skills around the water. Following Red Cross guidelines, each swimming lesson level provides a building block for the next. Lessons are at The Edge and registration is done through Recreation & Parks. Next session begins the week of April 25. Check out the website for levels, times and start dates. Spots are limited.

Field Hockey Camp
Your child will enjoy a fun-filled week of instruction and game play. Experienced and qualified instructors will instill learning and love of the game while providing a safe and fun atmosphere. Director: Kate McDonald, CVU Varsity field hockey coach. Girls; Ages 8 to 14; Monday-Friday, June 20-24, 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m. $120.

Flip, Dance, Cheer & Circus
This non-competitive camp is a fun-filled week of gymnastics, dance, cheer and circus skills. We’ll work daily on skills such as rolls, jumps, chants and cheers. We’ll choreograph dances, juggle and learn clown acts. Director: Ila Sewall. Coed. Ages 6 to 12, Monday-Friday, June 27- July 1, 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. $140
Join this exciting new non-competitive camp that stresses fun, self-awareness and working as a team! Participants in Cheer Camp will learn dance, poise, arm motions, jumps, chants, cheers and lots of tumbling skills. Director: Ila Sewall.
