Ten Williston and St. George residents—(back row from left) Marc Tischler, Patrick Clow, Chris Hart, (middle row, from left) Mindy Bickford, Kristina McSalis, Cathy Rylant, Jenn Adams, (front row, from left) Sarah Tischler, Kerry Powell and Kaity McSalis—are getting ready for Lyric Theatre’s fall production of Irving Berlin’s ‘White Christmas.’

Based on the 1954 movie musical, performances are set for Nov. 12-15 at the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts.

The show is “the embodiment of all the things I love—the magic of dance, the magic of theater and the magic of Christmas,” said Kerry Whalen Powell, a Williston resident and featured dancer in the production. “From the amazing costumes to the incredible dance numbers coupled with the touching love story and the story of camaraderie between the general and his soldiers, what is there not to love about this musical?”
