Felix Diaz (left) helps Tom Fatcheric of Uniwaste unload carloads of outdated electronic equipment on Saturday morning at the Chittenden Solid Waste District's free Electronics Round Up. The drop-off site at the end of Redmond Road was busy from 9 a.m. to well past 2 p.m. Old televisions, computers, printers, radios and appliances were packed up in boxes and loaded on semi-trailers by Uniwaste, which will break down the equipment and components for recycling and reuse. CSWD usually charges a fee for electronics drop-offs.
