The Isham Barn on 3515 Oak Hill Road will host a gentle yoga class every Wednesday, 11 a.m. to noon, to benefit the Williston Community Food Shelf. All are welcome.

Lynn Clauer, owner of Sound and Soul Awakenings, is bringing her yoga expertise, and local farmer Mike Isham is contributing barn space, for a new weekly yoga session that supports the Williston Community Food Shelf.

All are welcome to the class, which runs every Wednesday through the summer at the Isham Barn at 3515 Oak Hill Road from 11 a.m. to noon.

The class is $10, and half of the fee will be donated to the Williston Community Food Shelf.

“I stopped by Mike’s sugarhouse during the sugaring season and mentioned that the barn would be great for yoga,” Clauer said. “Mike was enthusiastic about the idea, saying that he loved having people enjoy the farm and that yoga would be great if we could support a local cause like the Williston Food Shelf.”

This is a gentle yoga class with mats provided and chairs for adaptive options.
