northern Adirondacks and Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The lowest wind chills occur this evening
into early Saturday morning.
