Fall/Winter Program Guide

The Program Guide is now available and we are currently taking registration for all programs. The guide was an insert in last week’s paper, published on Aug. 6. You have the option to pay online with a credit card or offline with a check or cash. All registrations now require a household account and registrations are through the website, www.willistonrec.org

Fall Rec Soccer

You haven’t missed it! Fall Rec Soccer registration is open and we are accepting registration on our website. There are programs for 3-5 year olds, those in Kindergarten and those in grades 1-8. The season will begin in early September. Parents and volunteers are needed for coaching. If you will have a child in the program this fall and you are interested in coaching, sign up when you register your child. If not, please contact us at the department office about volunteering your time as a coach this fall.

Soccer Referees

The Recreation Department is looking for interested people who would enjoy refereeing recreational youth soccer this fall. Games are played on Saturdays starting in September. If interested, email recreation@willistonvt.org.

Park & Facility Work

The following projects are scheduled to begin late August and early September in the parks.

Allen Brook Park: Irrigation will be installed on the two multi-purpose fields.

Williston Community Park: The skate park will be resurfaced.

Rossignol Park: The basketball court surface has been removed to rebuild and resurface a new court.
