Break through traditional barriers with Functional Integrated Training. In this setting you will be challenged with a combination of dynamic movements, muscular endurance exercises, core strengthening and finishing with cool-down flexibility. Redcord is a specialized piece of equipment that allows for tailored strengthening and sport performance training for almost anybody. It is used as part of the Neurac system to strengthen and restore a person’s normal movement patterns in a complete and functional manner. Ages 16-plus, Mondays, Jan. 4- Jan. 25, 5:30-6:30 p.m. $65. Dog/Puppy Essentials: Basic Training and Social Skills
This six-week course covers all you need to know to understand your dog. Learn how your dog communicates through this powerful program for building a confident, socially-savvy dog. Adults, 18-plus. Beyond Basics Dog Course
Take your training to the next level. What is that? You decide! This course is the next step after the Basic Training and Social Skills Course. Kindergarten Basketball, Coed
This is a parent/child clinic. The six-week clinic format is designed to teach the fundamentals of the game. Each week, youngsters will be introduced to a new skill and fun activities that will enhance their learning. A parent is required to be active with their child. Young Rembrandts Drawing
These drawing classes are an educational program perfect for your imaginative child. Add some creativity to your child’s winter schedule. Lessons will focus on developing drawing skills and artistic concepts such as color theory, perspective, and lighting. Kindergarten-grade 2. Thursdays, Jan. 14-Mar. 10, 2:45-3:45 p.m. $90.
Young Rembrandts Cartooning
Energize your child with fun, engaging cartoon lessons. Students will learn to create whimsical drawings, develop artistic techniques and learn skills that will awaken the inner artist. Grades 3-6. Tuesdays, Jan. 12-Mar. 8, 3-4 p.m. $90.
