Preschool Yoga with Danielle

Friday, March 25, 10:30 a.m. Simple yoga poses, stories and songs for children birth to age 5 and their caregivers.

Read to a Dog

Tuesdays, 3:30-4:30 p.m. Bring a book and read to one of our registered Therapy Dogs of Vermont. All ages. Pre-register for individual sessions.

Preschool Story Time

Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. Includes a simple craft activity. For children ages 3-5. March 29: Opposites; April 5: Let’s Pretend; April 12: At the Library.           

After-School Movie

Thursday, March 31, 3 p.m. A wrongfully convicted boy tries to figure out why he’s digging so many holes when he’s sent for detention at Camp Green Lake. Rated PG. 118 minutes. Snacks provided.

Count Me In! Preschool Math Night

Monday, April 4, 6-7 p.m. Introduction to hands-on activities that families can use in everyday life. Open to any parent or caregiver and his or her preschool child. Pre-register. Co-sponsored by Williston School District and Dorothy Alling Memorial Library.

Pajama Story Time with Abby Klein

Monday, April 11, 6:30 p.m. Bring kids in PJs with their favorite stuffed animal for springtime stories, a craft and a bedtime snack. Presented by Building Bright Futures.

Offsite Program Shape & Share Life Stories

Monday, March 28, 12:30-2:30 p.m. We will meet at 12:30 p.m. at Burlington City Arts, 135 Church Street, Burlington and view the exhibit “Navigating Memory: Exploring Place” then learn to craft stories from this life experience. Led by Recille Hamrell.

Community Service Opportunity with Salvation Army

Wednesday, March 30, 4 to 6:30 p.m. Join others in the community to help serve dinner at the Salvation Army. We will meet at 4 p.m. at 64 Main St., Burlington where we will set up the dining room, serve dinner and clean up. Home baked goodies would be welcome. Free parking available. Pre-register.

Aging Gracefully Can Be Your Reality

Wednesday, April 13, 6:30 p.m.  Nancy Somers, a local wellness coach, will focus on how to maintain a healthy body and healthy brain while slowing down the aging process.
