Observer staff report

New Burlington art venue Black Horse Gallery, located above Vermont Art Supply on Pine Street, will display an exhibit entitled “The Science of Flaws and Miracles” by Chris Alley.

This new exhibit by Burlington College professor Alley—also a musician, architect and fine artist—will open to the public on Nov. 6 as part of First Friday Art Walk, the monthly, community event where city wide art venues host openings, exhibitions and happenings.

“I have spent the past 30 years applying ‘magick,’ chaos theory and alchemy to my art in a practical way of achieving the impossible through self-expression. My works provide gateways to the inner and unseen worlds of the mind and the heart,” Alley stated.

The exhibit will be displayed through the end of December.
