BREAKING NEWS: Opponents of the Vermont Gas pipeline staged a sit-in protest at the Williston staging area Wednesday morning, attempting to stop work on the pipeline extension project. Look for the story in tomorrow’s Observer.

Williston resident Leffler in ‘Much Ado About Nothing’

Williston resident Mitch Leffler is set to appear as Claudio in Vermont Commons School’s production of Shakespeare’s ‘Much Ado About Nothing.’  The play is set for April 4 and 5 at 7 p.m. in the Contois Auditorium in Burlington’s City Hall. There is a suggested donation of $5-$10. For more information, visit www.vermontcommons.org.
