Vermonters from across the state will join the fight against Alzheimer’s on Sept. 22. The Vermont Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Shelburne Museum is one of five across the state that will help the Alzheimer’s Association, Vermont Chapter raise awareness and fund critical care and support services and research efforts. Registration is at 9:30 a.m. and the walk begins at 10:30 a.m.

Alzheimer’s disease is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States. One in three seniors dies with Alzheimer’s or another dementia.
