Top-seeded Redhawks head into girls basketball playoffs

Observer staff report

After securing the number 1 seed—to no one’s surprise—the Champlain Valley Union High girls basketball team is set to play Mount Anthony Union High Friday night in a quarterfinal matchup.

The Redhawks, who closed out the regular season with a 20-0 record after defeating Essex High 58-27 last Thursday, defeated 16th-seed Spaulding High 49-38 Tuesday night.

If the Redhawks win Friday’s quarterfinal game, they will take on the winner of Friday’s game between fourth-seeded Burlington High and fifth-seeded North Country Union High in a semi-final game set for Tuesday at the University of Vermont.

The championship game is set for March 8 at 7 p.m. at the University of Vermont.

In reading this recipe, I noticed that one ingredient is missing from the list of ingredients but is noted in the directions. The missing item is oat bran–how much should be included?? Or is this the same as “oat flour”?
