Pickleball 101

Time will be spent on each part of the game. Drills will include: serving, return of serve, third shot drop, the soft game, volleying, basic strategies and actual playing time. Bring your own paddle or use an available loaner paddle. The instructor is Corey Gottfried. Ages 16 and up. Saturdays, Oct. 14-28, 9-11 a.m. Cost is $72.

Digital Photography 101

Explore composition, artistic technique, exposure, lighting, camera skills and equipment settings. The perfect course for those curious about f-stops, shutter speeds and all the mysterious buttons. An SLR camera (or equivalent) is required. The instructor is Sean Beckett. Ages 16 and up. Tuesdays, Oct. 17- Nov. 7, 5:30-7 p.m. Cost is $70.

iPhone Photography

Unlock your inner photographer with the camera and apps on your mobile device. Practice simple technical skills for capturing and editing photographs. Ideal for those aspiring artists who want to take great photographs. The instructor is Sean Beckett. Ages 16 and up. Thursday, Oct. 19, 5:30-7 p.m. Cost is $25.

Gentle Yoga

Learn how to mindfully think, move and breathe through this slower paced, well-supported yoga program. Pre-registration is required. Program fee paid on your first night. The instructor is Jill Lang. Ages 18 and up, Tuesdays, September through May, 6:30-7:30 p.m. $64 for eight-visit punch card.

Parkour/Ninja Warrior/ Freestyle Combo

Do you have a child who likes trampolines, watches American Ninja Warrior and is jumping from one thing to another? This 1.5-hour program will cover basic climbing, jumping/vaulting and tumbling techniques. Instructors are Green Mountain Freestyle Center staff. Ages 7-14. Wednesdays, Sept. 27-Oct. 18, 5:30-7 p.m. Cost is $89.

Gymnastics

This is an introductory program designed for new and beginner gymnasts allowing them the opportunity to work on basic gymnastics skills. Children are divided into appropriate age groups based on numbers enrolled. Instructors are Green Mountain Training Center staff. Ages 4-12, Saturdays, Oct. 14-Nov. 4, 10:45-11:45 a.m. Cost is $72.

Ages 5-6, 3:15-3:45 p.m. Thursdays, Sept. 28-Nov. 2

Introduction to Viola

Ages 8-12, Mondays, Oct. 23-Dec. 4, 3-4 p.m.

Zentangle for Children

Ages 8-15, Mondays, Oct. 30- Nov. 13, 3-4 p.m.

After School Bowling

Grades 1-6, Tuesdays, Nov. 7-Dec. 12, dismissal to 5 p.m.
