Driving under the influence
Anne M. Davie, 49, of Williston was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on May 21, according to police reports. Her blood alcohol concentration was .156, the report notes. The legal limit for driving in Vermont is .08. No other information was released.
Wendy Struble, 45, of Williston was cited on a charge of domestic assault on May 22 after punching a family member in the head, according to a police affidavit. She was taken to Chittenden County Correctional Center.
On May 24, an employee of AC Moore called police to report the store had been vandalized, according to police reports. The employee told police that a man, while on his way out of the store, had punched the automatic doors, causing the doors to break off the track, according to police reports. The case is under investigation.
On June 4, the Williston Police Department concluded a six-week drug trafficking investigation with the arrest of Cleopatra John, 45, of Brooklyn, New York, who was cited on a charge of trafficking heroin, according to police reports. The arrest followed a court-ordered search warrant executed on her apartment on April 24, the report notes. During the execution of this warrant, 200 bags of heroin were recovered, according to the report. John was lodged at the Chittenden County Correctional Center for lack of $10,000 bail and was scheduled to be arraigned on the charge on June 5.
