Police Notes

Multiple charges

Steven D. Laclair, 44, of Williston was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on March 5, according to police reports. His blood alcohol concentration was .209, the report notes. The legal limit for driving in Vermont is .08. Laclair was also cited for violation of conditions of release, according to the report. No other information was released.

 

Driving with suspended license

  • Kati L. Billings, 26, of Colchester was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license-criminal on March 5, according to police reports. She was cited to appear in court on April 2.
  • Jonathan S. Adams, 46, of St. Albans was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license-criminal on March 7, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court on April 2.

 

Theft

A wallet containing more than $100 in cash was reported stolen from a vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot on March 5, according to police reports. The case is under investigation.

 

Vandalism

Police were called to Washburn’s Autobody on Boyer Circle on March 8 for a report of a trailer having been broken into through a window, according to police reports. The case is under investigation.

 

Driving under the influence

Robert E. Krause, 46, of St. Albans was cited on a charge of driving under the influence-refusal on March 9, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.
