Theft

Cortney Strachota, 41, of Burlington and Kristine Brennan, 47, of Burlington were cited on charges of retail theft after allegedly stealing almost $150 in merchandise from Christmas Tree Shops on Dec. 4, according to police reports.

A woman stole more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from Walmart on Dec. 9, according to police reports. Items stolen included two HP Pavilion All-In-One computers, the report notes. No other information was released.

Domestic assault

Tory S. Burke, 35, of Milton is wanted on an active arrest warrant for domestic assault that allegedly occurred on Dec. 21, according to police reports. A police affidavit states that police were called to Aspen Dental on St. George Road after Colchester Police saw a pregnant woman on the side of the road with a small child and picked her up. Burke and the woman had an altercation in his vehicle that included an injury to the woman’s fingers, the affidavit notes.

Driving under the influence

Arthur W. Riscen, Jr., 41, of Weathersfield was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on Dec. 20,according to police reports. His blood alcohol concentration was .139, the report notes. The legal limit for driving in Vermont is .08. He was cited to appear in court.

Gary Bourdeau, 55, of St. George was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on Dec. 9 after Vermont State police responded to a two-car crash on Route 116 in St. George, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court on Dec. 26.

Tyler Denning, 21, of South Burlington was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on Dec. 4, according to police reports. His blood alcohol concentration was .135, the report notes. No other information was released.

Warrant

Michael Patch, 35, of St. George was arrested on a warrant for “FTA” (failure to appear) on Dec. 20, according to police reports. No other information was released.

Patrick Bombard, 43, of Williston was arrested on a warrant on Dec. 20, according to police reports. He was taken to Chittenden County Correctional Center. No other information was released.

Driving with suspended license

Joseph E. Butler, 51, of St. Albans was cited on a charge of driving with suspended license on Dec. 18, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.

Vinton R. Gaudette, 30, of Swanton was cited on a charge of driving with suspended license on Dec. 20, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court on Jan. 21.

Corey D. Duclos, 20, of Colchester was cited on a charge of driving with suspended license on Dec. 20, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.
