Vandalism
On July 21, police received a report that the pump station on Old Creamery Road “had been broken into” and graffiti was spray painted on one building, according to police reports. Police are investigating.

Intoxication
Police responded to a call on July 23 regarding a man who was reportedly intoxicated and “passed out on the sidewalk,” in the Hannaford parking lot, according to police reports. He was transported for detoxification, the report notes. No other information was released.

Multiple charges
Danan Devac, 44, of Hinesburg was cited on charges of disorderly conduct and “assault on a police officer with bodily fluids” on July 19, according to police reports. He was lodged at Chittenden County Correctional Facility for lack of $750 bail, the report notes. He was cited to appear in court.
Andrew S. Carter, 27, of West Topsham was cited on charges of violation of an abuse prevention order, obstruction of justice and second degree aggravated domestic assault on July 23, according to police reports. No other information was released.
Ian E. Campbell, 45, of Williston was cited on a charge of simple domestic assault and interference with emergency services for preventing his wife from calling police on July 25, according to police reports. No other information was released.

Theft
Michael A. Cobb, 49, of Essex was cited on a charge of retail theft after allegedly stealing $158 worth of merchandise from Shaw’s on July 23, according to police reports. He was transported for detoxification, the report notes. No other information was released.

Violation of order
Kyle R. Lesage, 22, of Colchester was cited on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order on July 26, according to police reports. He was transported to court.

Domestic assault
Kelly M. Casale, 46, of Williston was cited on a charge of domestic assault on July 26, according to police reports. Casale was cited to appear in court.

Car break-ins
Police are investigating three car break-ins that occurred in the parking lot of The Edge in Williston on July 30. Two vehicles’ windows were smashed and one vehicle was unlocked and entered. Purses and their contents were stolen from all three vehicles. Anyone who may have seen a suspicious vehicle or person(s) in the area on the morning of July 30 are asked to call Williston Police at 878-6611 or Crime Stoppers at 864-6666.

Driving with suspended license

  • Daren J. Defore, 40, of Milton was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license on July 16, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.
  •  Stephen E. Smith, 40, of Williston was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license-criminal on July 16, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court on Aug. 5.
  •  Joshua R. Murray, 22, of Richmond was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license on July 17, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court on July 31.
  • Jeffrey W. Sanford, 45, of Milton was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license on July 24, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.
  • Carol AK Wheatley, 48, of Braintree was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license on July 25, according to police reports. She was cited to appear in court.
