Warrant

Willam F. Hayes III, 33, of Stowe was arrested on a warrant and taken to Chittenden County Correctional Center on July 24, according to police reports. No other information was released.

Multiple charges

Philip Salvatori, 28, of Williston and Milton was cited on charges of driving with a suspended license-criminal and two counts of providing false information to police on July 26, according to police reports. He was taken to court and subsequently jailed for lack of $10,000 bail on outstanding arrest warrants for possession of stolen property, grand larceny and two counts of operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, according to the report. No other information was released.

Chabi Luitel, 24, of Winooski was cited on charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest and simple assault on a police officer on July 26, according to police reports. He was taken to Chittenden County Correctional Center. No other information was released.

Driving with suspended license

Melinda J. Morgan, 31, of Bristol was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license-criminal on July 22, according to police reports. She was cited to appear in court.

Eric J. Gokey, 25, of Burlington was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license on July 26, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.

    I take frequent walks in my neighborhood and surrounding sidewalks/roads on Industrial Avenue and Rt 2-A and occasionally see what appears to be a dog-poop bag, nicely tied, but simply left there in the road or on the sidewalk. I would like to remind dog-walkers that this is not appropriate. Please carry it off.
