Intoxicated person

A woman was taken to Chittenden County Correctional Center for detoxification on June 18 after police responded to a report of an intoxicated woman at the Department of Children and Families offices on Industrial Avenue, according to police reports.

Driving under the influence

Jessica Stough, 19, of Colchester was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on June 19, according to police reports. Her blood alcohol concentration was .248, the report notes. The legal limit for driving in Vermont is .08. She was cited to appear in court.

Brittany R. Pullen, 25, of Hinesburg was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on June 30, according to police reports. Her blood alcohol concentration was .100, the report notes. She was cited to appear in court.

Michelle S. Bristol, 23, of Underhill was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on June 22 following a motor vehicle accident, according to police reports. Her blood alcohol concentration was .203, the report notes. She was cited to appear in court.

Kaitlyn Aube, 20, of Charlotte was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on June 24, according to police reports. Her blood alcohol concentration was .085, the report notes. She was cited to appear in court.

Burglary

Police are investigating a reported burglary at Desai Management Consulting on Shunpike Road, according to police reports. No other information was released.

Multiple charges

Lindsay M. Little, 26, of Swanton was cited on charges of driving under the influence-refusal and driving with a suspended license on June 30, according to police reports. She was cited to appear in court.

Theft

Police are investigating the theft of several tools from a job site on Avenue D Extension on June 18, according to police reports. On the same day, Brown Electric on Shunpike Road reported to police that someone broke a window on a company van and stole electrical wire, the report notes. Police are investigating.

A trailer was broken into in Williston and several tools were reported stolen on June 19, according to police reports. No other information was released. Police are investigating.

A cell phone was stolen from a vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot on June 23, according to police reports.

Police are investigating the theft of several thousand dollars’ worth of power tools stolen out of trucks at AC Hawthorne in Williston that occurred between July 2 and 3.  The trucks were parked in the business’ fenced-in parking lot, and entry was gained into the lot by cutting through the fence on Avenue C. Anyone with information is asked to call Williston Police at 878-6611 or Crimestoppers at 864-6666.

Vandalism

The front door of Viking Cives on Leroy Road was “smashed” on June 26, according to police reports. The investigation is ongoing. No other information was released.

Police are investigating a report received on June 29 regarding someone who went into a house under construction and wrote on boxes with a black marker, took the gas caps off two generators and dumped gas from a gas can onto the floor, according to police reports.

Two vans belonging to Richard’s Electric on Williston Road were “broken into” overnight on June 17, according to police reports. Police are investigating.

Driving with suspended license

Jessie A. Lefebvre, 42, of Essex Junction was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license on June 28, according to police reports. The license plates assigned to his mother were seized, the report notes. He was cited to appear in court on Aug. 20.

Darren M. Curler, 27, of Bolton was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license on June 27, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.

Justin K. Ellerby, 30, of South Burlington was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license-criminal on June 30, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.

Krystal A. Turnbaugh, 29, of St. Albans was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license-criminal on June 20, according to police reports. She was cited to appear in court.

Yosef E. Pitts, 31, of Burlington was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license-criminal on June 21, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.

John C. Sylva, 38, of Richford was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license on June 22, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court on Aug 22.

David M. Booska, 43, of South Burlington was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license on June 20, according to police reports. He was also cited for “numerous motor vehicle violations,” the report notes. No other information was released.
