Driving under the influence

Manus R. Dunbar, 29, of Hinesburg was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on April 5, according to police reports. His blood alcohol concentration was .111, the report notes. The legal limit for driving in Vermont is .08. He was cited to appear in court.

Driving with suspended license

Dennis J. Bouchard, 34, of Colchester was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license-criminal on April 5 according to police reports. No other information was released. He was cited to appear in court on May 28.

Multiple charges

Melinda J. Morgan, 31, identified by police as homeless, was cited on a charge of retail theft from Best Buy after allegedly stealing $479.99 worth of merchandise on April 7, according to police reports. She was also cited on charges including two counts of unlawful trespass and violation of conditions of release, according to the report.  She was cited to appear in court.

Suspicious fire suspect







The Williston Police Department is looking for the public’s help in locating 51-year-old transient Albert Beauchesne, who is wanted for questioning regarding a suspicious fire. He has two active arrest warrants in Vermont that are unrelated to this case, according to police reports.

Beauchesne is described by police as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue oxford shirt, blue jeans and a gray hoodie. He has long dark hair, thinning on top and a full gray/black beard and usually wears his hood over his head while out. Anyone with information is asked to call Williston Police at 878-6611.

Theft suspects
