Multiple charges

• On Dec. 20, Dale E. Smith, 39, of Newburgh, Maine was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license, according to police reports. During the course of the investigation, it was also determined that Smith had an outstanding warrant for driving under the influence, the report notes. Smith was cited to appear in court on charges of driving under the influence-second offense, driving with a suspended license and on the outstanding warrant.

• Christopher D. Sanders, 27, of Winooski was cited on multiple charges including stealing “an unknown quantity of video games” from Best Buy on Dec. 19, according to police reports. The investigation is ongoing.

Driving under the influence

• Kimberly Barnier, 49, of Essex Junction was cited on a charge of suspicion of driving under the influence on Dec. 14, according to police reports. She was cited to appear in court. No other information was released.

• Peter M. Elder, 50, of Richmond was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on Jan. 1, according to police reports. His blood alcohol concentration was more than 2.5 times the legal limit, the report notes. The legal limit for driving in Vermont is .08. He was taken for detoxification and cited to appear in court on Jan. 17.

• Sonia Vasek, 33, of Stowe was cited on a charge of driving under the influence on Dec. 31 after driving off a roadway and into a snow bank, according to police reports. Her blood alcohol concentration was found to be above .08, the report notes. She was cited to appear in court on Jan. 17.
Violation of abuse prevention order

•Richard Wandeloski, 46, of Williston was cited on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order on Jan. 2, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court on Feb. 12.

Wanted 

• Justin R. Prescott, 25, of Williston was cited on an outstanding warrant on Dec. 17, and subsequently taken to Chittenden County Correctional Center, according to police reports. No other information was released.

• Chapman Y. Smith, 30, of Huntington was cited on an outstanding warrant on Dec. 18, and subsequently taken to Chittenden County Correctional Center, according to police reports. No other information was released.

• Cameron Barden, 23, of Burlington was cited on an outstanding warrant on Oct. 24, according to police reports. No other information was released.

Driving with suspended license

• Melissa L. Morgan, 29, of St. George was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license-criminal on Nov. 25, according to police reports. She was cited to appear in court.

• Matthew S. Balas, 27, of Williston was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license on Dec. 19, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.

• Jon M. LeBlanc, 42, of Essex was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license-criminal on Dec. 23, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.
