‘Parasite Drag’ for adults only

The Waterbury Festival Playhouse, central Vermont’s semi-professional theater in Waterbury Center, presents the Vermont premiere of “Parasite Drag” by Mark Roberts.

George Pierce, the artistic director for the Waterbury Festival Playhouse, directs a cast that includes veteran WFP actors Ginger Pierce and Adam Cunningham, who are joined by newcomers David Dilego and Sarah Mell.

“Parasite Drag” is for adult audiences only — children under high school age will not be admitted.

Performances are Aug. 29-31, Sept. 4-7 and Sept. 11-14.

Tickets for all shows are $25 in advance (must be purchased by 5 p.m.), $27 at the door. Shows begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online at www.WaterburyFestivalPlayhouse.com or by phone at 802-498-3755.

    I laughed out loud when i read that. Who thinks that members of Congress don’t have a political stake in perpetuating a hoax? There is nothing that generates more votes (or money) than a good ole fashion scare tactic!
