Driving under the influence

Following a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 7, Nedezhda Donnell, 28, of Colchester was cited on a charge of driving under the influence, according to police reports. Donnell’s blood alcohol test registered .083, according to the report. The legal limit for driving in Vermont is .08. Donnell was cited to appear in court.

Simple assault

Donald E. Rockwell III, 60, of Essex was cited on a charge of simple assault on Jan. 29 and cited to appear in court, according to police reports. No other information was released.

Disorderly conduct

David Cabral, 39, of South Burlington was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct by phone on Jan. 27, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court. No other information was released.

Driving with suspended license

• Following a motor vehicle stop on Nov. 12, Bruce A. Donaldson, 65, of Westford was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.

• Following a motor vehicle stop on Nov. 27, John E. Gorton, 42, of Burlington was cited on a charge of “criminal” driving with a suspended license, according to police reports. No other information was released.

• Following a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 15, Gary V. Shepard, 41, of Essex was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license, according to police reports. He was cited to appear in court.

• Following a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 26, Cristy Richard, 36, of Georgia was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license, according to police reports. She was cited to appear in court.

• Following a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 27, Amanda L. Pacilli, 22, of Hinesburg was cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license, according to police reports. She was cited to appear in court.

Theft

• Michael A. Cobb, 44, of Burlington was cited on charges of retail theft and giving false information to a police officer on Nov. 20 after allegedly stealing more than $288 worth of merchandise from Toys ‘R’ Us, according to police reports. He was taken to Chittenden County Correctional Center on an outstanding warrant, the report notes.

• Shirley Roberts, 27, and John Carrier, 39, both of Burlington were cited on charges of theft after allegedly stealing $100 from a juvenile’s wallet at Subway on Essex Road on Nov. 27, according to police reports. No other information was released.

• Richard A. Barnier, 21, and Katina L. Crete, 20, both of Essex Junction were cited on a charge of retail theft on Jan. 27 after allegedly stealing more than $41 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart, according to police reports.

• Kayla Reed, 20, of Essex Junction was cited on a charge of petit larceny on Jan. 29 after allegedly stealing $500 worth of merchandise from Shaw’s Supermarket, according to police reports.

Leaving scene of accident

Following a motor vehicle accident on Nov. 11, Rachel Levine, 34, of Colchester was cited on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident, according to police reports. No other information was released.

Excessive speed

On Feb. 2, police cited Anthony Kukla, 20, of Southington, Conn. on a charge of excessive speeding on Interstate 89, according to police reports. Kukla was traveling in excess of 100 mph in a posted 65 mph zone, the report notes. Kukla was cited to appear in court on April 5.
