September 5th, 2013
Coach: Michelle Filardi
Years coaching: 4
Key returning veterans: Ashley Filardi; Taylor Filardi; Shana Leonard; Keller Longchamp; Kendra Maille
Leading newcomers: Jessie Johnson
Season prospects: We graduated six girls last year and have five new cheerleaders and an alternate. This summer, we had a challenging NCA camp at CVU with college cheerleaders. We are eager to cheer on our varsity football team. We will be cheering for walkers for the Breast Cancer Awareness Walk on Oct. 20 with the Essex and South Burlington cheerleaders. We now have a feeder team. This year, the CSSU Buccaneer football players will have fifth-eighth grade cheerleaders from all over the district.
