The Champlain Valley Union High School Theatre Program’s presentation of four student-directed one-act plays kicks off Friday with a 7:30 p.m. show at the high school. There will also be a 7:30 p.m. show Saturday and a 2 p.m. show Sunday.

This is a biennial event. This year’s shows are: “Attack of the Moral Fuzzies” — a morality game show where the contestant makes life-altering decisions; “9 Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview” — a demonstration of a variety of things you should never do at a college interview; “Death” — a comedy by Woody Allen about a maniac loose on the streets of New York City; and “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” about an imaginary life that consumes a very dull fellow.

The student directors are seniors Brenna Comeau, Weller Henderson, Halina Vercessi and Alexa Kartschoke.

Tickets are $6 for students and children and $8 general admission at the door.
